The first $1,000.00 raised will go to the Kelly Vig Memorial Education Fund and will be used for work related education for staff and employees at Good Samaritan Society - Mohall. The remainder of the funds raised will go towards a larger, much needed van to transport residents.

As administrator of the Mohall center, Kelly Vig helped organize and participated in the 2011 Kick Cancer Walk/Run. With Kelly Vig passing away in January of 2012 from cancer, organizers renamed the event in her memory and directed that the proceeds be used to support an education fund for Mohall center staff members who wish to further their work-related education. Kelly received similar scholarships to eventually qualify to serve as the Center administrator.

Come and enjoy the day’s events and help raise funds in memory of Kelly Vig, former administrator at the Good Samaritan Society - Mohall and an organizer and participant of the event which started in 2011 as the Kick Cancer Walk/Run.
