Tis the Season for Giving.......
Mohall Mitten Tree
located at Mohall City Hall

The holiday season is always a great time to help out those who need it most. This year the Mohall Chamber of Commerce decided to bring back the Mitten Tree.

Caps, hats, mittens, gloves, and scarves are being collected and placed on a tree located in the Council Rooms at Mohall City Hall. These items will all be given to the MLS-Mohall elementary faculty to be given to children who need them. Some of the teachers have expressed that students come to school without these items and then when it is time to go outside for recess they get cold because their heads and hands donít stay warm.

With your help this holiday season, the students can be kept a bit warmer, as the teachers can provide them with the needed items.

All items may be left at the Mohall City Hall now through Tuesday, December 23rd.

Metigoshe Ministriesí Nights of Christmas celebration
Continue your Christmas celebration by attending the 44th Annual Nights of Christmas with Metigoshe Ministries on December 27th, 28th, and 29th beginning at 7:00 p.m. each evening at the Christian Center. You will be welcomed to a winter wonderland where the snow is white and the lights are bright.

Again this year, the returning counselors of Camp Metigoshe will be joined by special guests for a combined Christmas program of music, laughter, and worship, highlighted by the beautiful sight of thousands of lights hanging in the trees. With the hectic pace of the Christmas holiday passed, we will slow down to appreciate the gift God gave us in a manger in Bethlehem.

Plan to join them for one or all three nights this Christmas season. No tickets required; each evening a free-will offering will be taken for the continuing ministry of the camp.

The Century III appreciation banquet will be Sunday, December 28.

December 27th: Marsha DesLauriers and Dave Schnackenburg.
December 28th: Tina and Lena, musical comedy duo.
December 29th: Amy Redding and family and Nik Gruber - sponsored by the members of Thrivent Financial.

If you have any questions regarding the Nights of Christmas performances, please call their office at 263-4788.
