Makeup for Miracles is
an MLS FCCLA Star Event

Kasie Evanger and Kylie McLain, sophomores at MLS, are doing Makeup for Miracles as a Star Event for FCCLA. All proceeds made will be donated to Children’s Miracle Network, Sanford Children’s Hospital at Fargo.

Makeup for Miracles will take place from Wednesday, January 14th, 2015, to Wednesday, February 4th, 2015. After each day is over, Kasie and Kylie will count the proceeds each participant has in his or her jar. They will make a bar chart of the total earnings. The participant who makes the most money in his or her jar will get their makeup done and wear it for one whole school day.

Jars are available in the MLS-Mohall School office for those wanting to donate money. They will also have jars set out for the community to donate during home basketball games.

They will keep the amount each participant has made unknown to the public. If they make, as a whole, $500.00, the winner will also have to wear jewelry for the day; $1,000.00 a wig/hair-do; and $1,500.00 an outfit of Kasie and Kylie’s choice. The girls hope to raise a total of $2,500.00. If they make $2,500.00, the winning participant can choose another participant to get their makeup done with them.
